I was looking for the algorithm for the clustering and found out that the clustering is done after projection. I'm just curious that why clustering process should be done after projection process. The color problem is now solved but, as you can see in the picture I uploaded there is some kinds of differences in the picture.
(some colored region apeared SE in the pdf but not in results.ps)

Why this happened?
