In your Daily_Test_3.bat file, there are tabs in the "echo to the CONTROL file" lines. Change those tabs to spaces, then it will work. That makes a CONTROL file without tabs at the end of the lines.

After looking at the GUI code, this 'run daily dispersion' option is not configured for backward runs. You can develop your own scripts/batch files to loop through the dates/times. The meteorology is linearly interpolated in both space and time.

Try starting at 16 01 05 00 and every 3 hr until 2 days 0 hr after start.

If each of your member runs has 2 source locations, then the mean will show the two sources (stars). Was that what you ran? However, if each member has a different source location, then the mean will only show the source location (star) of the cdump.001 run.

There was a problem with the file 20200902_18-23_hrrr, but we were able to fix it. Let us know if you have issues with that file or come across any other similar issue. Please see the bottom of the README.TXT file because there are some missings.

The clusters are determined from the endpoint latitude and longitudes, not the heights. The heights, but not pressures are carried through to the output. Can you give us documentation on your smoke plume model? The current version of hysplit should be giving you concentration. Then you relate that to visibility?
