I'm getting the following error when I try to run the model for tutorial section 11.2.

I've set it up twice independently and got the same error each time. Any thoughts? I'll reset Hysplit now as well.

Hi there, Is there a tutorial file around the FMDV simulations? I see there is a file in the advanced menu to incorporate virus decay and insect survival based on environmental parameters. Will we get a chance to explore this in this workshop?

What is the relationship between the height of levels in the grid setup vs the top of model setting in the main Concentration setup menu please? Say you set the height of levels to 5000 m AGL but the top of model is 10000 m AGL. Does this mean the plume is centred around 5000m but particles don't 'd...

I ended up having to reinstall ImageMagick in C:\Users\RobynHall (and then update the directory link in Hysplit). It seems for me like it was a permissions issue with it being in C:\Program Files or C:\ Hysplit, even running Hysplit in administrator mode.

I managed to fix it by reinstalling imagemagick and there is an option in the setup to include legacy files (convert.exe).

I also have the same issue. I don't have a convert.exe file in the ImageMagick directory. If I run convert -version: Command 'convert' not found, but can be installed with: sudo apt install graphicsmagick-imagemagick-compat # version 1.4+really1.3.35-1, or sudo apt install imagemagick-6.q16 # versio...
