As I have seen, all the default hysplit outputs are 2D height-averaged fields.
Is there any way to save the simulations output in form of a 3D plume ?
It would be better if would already outputted in PPM instead of kg/m^3.

I have an application in which a meteorology dataset in grib2 format is required, but there are missing files for a specific short time interval of that dataset.

However this missing files are available in ARL ...

I'm trying to execute hycm_std in a parallel job, but I have got the error:

./hycm_std: error while loading shared libraries: libefa.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I could not find the package which contains such library.

I have executed trajectory simulations using an ARL meteorology file which was converted from NetCDF4.
The simulation process seemingly run without errors or warnings, but no output is generated at end.
Could it be related to the meteorology file ? I sent the header of this file as ...

I'm using the pre-compiled hysplit binaries to convert a set of WRF NetCDF4 files to ARL format. For some of this files the process is successfully completed, but for a specific grid resolution I got a segmentation fault:
