I have a problem with meteorological files. Files don't open. When I try to open 'NOAA ARL FTP server' , files don't load. How can I resolve this problem?

I'm using Hysplit (download version). I obtain results in this form. (Dyn-Exp)
I try to use (Dyn-Lin) and I obtain this one.
Is is possible to have an automatic scale like this one that I create with the options "user set"?

These are the messages that I read when complication fail.

Hi,
When I run concentration plot with total run time 12 hours , the plot go. When I change total run time to 6 hours, the complication fail ( even if I create the meteorological file for each hour).
How can I resolve these problems?
