Is possible to add more decimals to output files?
Hello!
Is possible to add more decimals to output files? I'm working in a little region with hysplit, so when I got trajectory files, these have latitude and longitude with 3 decimals but I want they have more decimals. Is it possible?
Regards!

Error when I run arw2arl
Hello! I'm trying convert WRF data to arl, but when I run arw2arl, I got the next error: "error while loading shared libraries: libnetcdff.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" I think this error due to I don't have installed NetCDF version 3 and 4. How can I install these...

Re: Hysplit doesn't complete days of simulation with era5 when arrive to 180 °W
HYSPLIT only implements cyclic boundary conditions for global meteorological data sets. So if the ERA5 data is not global and it has been extracted so that 180 degree is the edge, then trajectories will be terminated at that edge. So if I am working with data of the south hemisphere, [-180, 180, -9...

Re: back trajectory not running full length of time
Hello!
I have same problem. I run multiple trajectories but some trajectories don't complete full length of time. I am working with era5. Were you able to fix it?

Hysplit doesn't complete days of simulation with era5 when arrive to 180 °W
Hello! I have a problem when I run hysplit with era5 meteorological data. I am trying run backward trajectories for 7 days, however some trajectories don't complete 7 days when these arrive to longitude 180°W. Had anybody fix this problem? I attached 2 files as examples: the first file was completed...

ERA5 in model levels or pressure levels?
Is possible to use ERA5 in model levels in hysplit? or is it only possible to use ERA5 in pressure levels?
I would prefer to use data with a high number of vertical levels as ERA5 in model levels (132 levels) instead of pressure levels (32 levels)
Thanks a lot
