Accounting for terrain differences

How does hysplit account for the terrain heights and differences on ground (forests, lakes etc)?
Where can I find more details?
Thank you! :)

FMDV details

Where can I find FMDV on hysplit model details?

Also sources to read & understand basics of Dry and Wet deposition related to velocity, average weight, A-ratio, D-ratio, effective Henry's constant, In-cloud, and Below-cloud

Thank you! :)

Re: Dispersion models - vertical motion methods

Thanks. Interested in the air closer to ground level because the pathogenic particles we are trying to model as 'windborne' are unlikely to be alive and invective after certain temperature. But, maybe 100 m AGL is too close to the ground.

vertical motion methods

If I'm interested only on the winds with in 100m AGL then what vertical motion methods might apply?

Dispersion models - vertical motion methods

For dispersion models. If I'm interested only on the winds with in 100m AGL then what vertical motion methods might apply?
