Trajectories near North Pole and 0/360 longitude
Dear all, I am trying to calculate back trajectories in the Arctic using a longitude-latitude grid using model output from the community atmospheric model. I am running into two related problems: (1) when trajectories get too close to the north pole and (2) when a trajectory tries to cross the 0/360...

Converting CESM 1.2 output to ARL
I'm having a bit of trouble converting output from CESM 1.2 to the ARL form for HYSPLIT. The arw2arl executable doesn't work, nor does the Convert to ARL tab in the HYSPLIT Meteorology menu. I also tried manually editing the WRFDATA.CFG file but was unable to make it work. Anyone know how to do this?
