Frequency with multiple meteorological files - Error message
I am trying to run a frequency analysis using the command line. I am able to run the analysis for a few days, but only with the confines of a single meteorological file. I have tried to add additional files, but I am getting an error message. The control file appears fine, but I am still getting an ...

Re: calculating trajectories with batch files
Jade, I am also running into problems with my batch files for my multiple trajectory project. Can you send me or post yours as an example? My favorite part of this forum is that I have come across many people all trying to run a large number of trajectories for many years, but there isn't one exampl...

Re: trajectory runs get stuck for ERA-interim meteo files
If you are still having problems, check the start and end dates and times of your ERA metdata files. I found that if my trajectory went beyond these bounds then I too would get stuck. I have a few ERA metdata files. From 2013 -2009 ERA-Interim. If you have a very large online server and would like t...

Re: Mass Backward Trajectories in Hysplit or Matlab
Thank you for directing me to the Tutorials. I have learned a lot, but not what I actually need to do. Can you help me with the basics of this loop? If all I get are the Tdump files, then that is a start. At least in that regard, I can analyze where my trajectories are coming from most.

Re: backward trajectories on hysplit
I really need help with this topic. I am trying to run multiple back trajectories from one location, in Antarctica, for 3 pressure levels for 10 years worth of data. I have all of the metdata files, but cannot figure out a script that will run. At the moment, I am using the GUI and it is testing my ...

Re: Mass Backward Trajectories in Hysplit or Matlab
Thank you for trying to help, but I cannot get the Tutorial\batch file to run. I have put the extracted zip files in both locations, my C drive and under my user files (thanks Windows for making this a necessity). Still no luck.
Any suggestions?

Mass Backward Trajectories in Hysplit or Matlab
I am needing to create back trajectories at three different height levels every 6 hours, every day, from 1990-2017 (or as far as I can go) and then compare these to historical data going back to the 1940's. I have started creating these trajectories and getting the text files, but there must be an e...
