Thank you for reply, I searched whole ftp server: ftp://arlftp.arlhq.noaa.gov/ and it seems there is no 'exec' directory. Some folders can not be open therefore I assume 'exec' folder and wanted profile.exe and xtrct_stn.exe files are in those folders. Is there a possibility I can access these folde...

is there a way that data from above address can be converted into human readable format? I would like to decompress/convert files into text files or any other suitable format.
