I am trying to run a back-trajectory starting on 22 August 2019 but the date neither in the last 7day option or previous week. I am using the 1°GDAS

FTP failed for meteorological data
When attempting to download meteorology data from GDAS 0.5-deg. For any date I get "FTP failed: arlftp.artlhq.noaa.gov"

Thank you. I figured that too but even using heights within the model limits only the lowest level is displayed.The starting location for each back trajectory is Cape Point but using different heights.
