The program profile.F should help you get the variables profiles as a function of height.
so I tried and it gave the variables profiles as a function of pressure, how to convert pressure to height in meters?

Re: Export RH2m from ARL GDAS data
Dimension range can also be given by min/max indexes, or by exactly min/max longitude/latitude (only for lonlat projection data).
#Set dimension range by indexes
data = f['T02M'][tidx,lidx,80:100,20:50]
#Set dimension range by lon/lat
data = f['T02M'][tidx,lidx,[-10,10],[20,50]]
Why does it ...

Merging dose files
Hello!
I'm trying to simulate several different (kt, time, location) nuclear explosions. I make, say, 3 different runs with different location, start time, then count dose from those runs with different yield(kt). In the end I have 3 files: dose0, dose1, dose2. Now I want to merge them into one ...
