Converting from cdump to ASCII
Hi All, As I have mentioned in my previous post about the cdump to ascii file conversion using HYSPLIT GUI and HYSPLIT Commandline tools ; which creates files with noticeable different sizes (Hysplit GUI creates cdump.txt of 290MB and command line tool creates file of size 3.5MB ). I am wondering wh...

Re: Trajectory plotting with 5 min interval
Hi, Is there any way so that I can modify the source code and recompile it in order to plot the trajectory for every 5 mins or whatever time interval i desired. Or is there any other way I can store the output data in text format (for every 5 mins interval) so that I can use some other plotting util...

Trajectory plotting with 5 min interval
Hi, I have a WRF model output data over the domain size on 100kmX100km. I would like to plot the trajectories over every 5 mins, but the default option for plotting the 1 hr. I am just wondering if is it possible to plot the trajectories for every 5 mins interval. I am aware that in the advance set ...

HI Ariel, There is some problem to upload the files... So that I am pasting my WRF to ARL conversion shell script #!/bin/bash # Where the program is located PGM="/glade/p/work/kurkute/HYS/trunk/exec" ### Location of the WRF data you would like to convert ### WRFDIR="/glade/p/nhap0001/chenl/wrf_chenl...

Re: unit of emission rate
Hi Ariel, Sorry for the delayed reply. I am still not able to get the desired results. I had used the following steps to run my trajectory and dispersion model. Actually, I have concatenate the WRF-ARW files using NCO utility into a single wrf output file. The concatenated single wrf output file con...
